    Entry is Locked!
So... things that were probably NOT SO CLEVER of me: spending the first three real school days here at Eupheme PERPETUALLY WASTED!!!

So, I met some interesting sophomores and went off to get high with them. Then, I got high with them a few hours later. Then again later. And the next day. I had class, so I needed to stay focused, so I decided to take some amphetamines. When I say "some", I mean about 30 mg. I also got some codeine from some girl whose name I completely forget. When I was feeling really drowsy the next day, I had tons of caffeine to "help" the adderall (to give you an idea of how BAD an idea this was, my heart rate was around 150 beats per minute at this point, and I was messed up enough to think there were 100 seconds in a minute and that my heart rate was around 230 beats per minute). And, of course, we cannot forget the alcohol sporatically binged upon at random times.

My first few days of classes. I cannot IMAGINE what my teachers think of me!!! I think I held it together pretty well... and I wrote this awesome, incredibly trippy (almost literally... no, I didn't have any 'shrooms actually) piece during Creative Writing, so I guess some good came of it...

But... damn... this is not how I meant to start off my life at a new school.

Well, here I am at Eupheme. You know, I was worried that this place would be horribly boring after spending all my time among the intellectual crazies of the Berkeley/Stanford community, but this place is a TRIP! Everybody is absolutely insane (which, of course, makes me feel right at home)!

I miss my dad soooooo much, of course, I’ve already called him twice since I got here. It’s nice to be away from the Horrid Bitch though (also known as my stepmother, for those of you new to my flist). I’ve had to be really careful about what I’ve said on my LJ for the past few months—can you believe she’s been reading my LJ and snooping around my files and my email?? She’s even opened up my snail mail!! Oh, how I wanted to strangle her! That’s the only reason I agreed to come here, anyway, was to get away from her. I was perfectly happy being homeschooled; what’s the point of going to school and having stupid teachers when you can learn everything from the most brilliant minds of this age? It doesn’t work so well for stuff like basic math, though, I admit. And this place didn’t seem too bad—and as I said, it’s turning out to be quite interesting. I went to a dinner last night and someone actually bought Chianti, which was so amazing. So not only are they lax about alcohol, some people here actually have good taste. I couldn’t believe it!

I haven’t met anybody whom I’ve particularly clicked with yet. Everyone’s crazy, but nobody who I’ve thought “yes, I’ll definitely be friends with this person.” I shouldn’t expect too much the first few days, though, I guess. When I start classes, that’s when the fun will really start, I guess… I’ve never taken classes before, unless you count auditing college courses. Then again, I haven’t really ever had friends my own age before, either, unless you count my step-sister, Jane (I don’t).
